Richard D. Scargill is a Director of Fixed Income Strategies and Senior Portfolio Manager at ZCM. Prior to joining the firm in 2002, Richard was a Vice President and Portfolio Manager for Zurich Scudder Investments. He was responsible for managing over $5 billion in mutual fund and institutional taxable fixed income assets. Richard is currently responsible for the management of the ZCM Intermediate Core, Intermediate Aggregate, and Core Fixed Income strategies. Richard has more than 20 years of investment industry experience and over 17 years managing fixed income portfolios.
Richard received his M.B.A. from Marist College and his B.S. in Finance from the University of South Florida. He holds Series 6, Series 63 and Series 65 licenses.
